--Okay, so it works best if you put them to sleep with a powder or that hypnosis move, but we don't have either of those kinds of moves.

Lea, I don't think we even need to weaken them.

But I'm just saying and demonstrating! So, I'd send out Isa and she'd give a bite to make them easier to catch.. Lea. And then I'd throw one of these, and it'd rock a few times and break free! So then, throw another- Lea. It's in the ball.

.... Man, both Growlithe were too easy to catch. Come on, let's catch a bunch of other things! The old guy back in New Bark Town was all "I need information of every Pokemon you can find", right? There's a whole bunch out today!

[It's with a sigh that Valeria speaks.] You want to catch one of everything? Lea...

[A squawk, and then a similar sounding squawk from Lea can be heard soon after.] GAH! Val, call off your bird! She just really likes your hair! But why?!

[The feed cuts out, and -- oops, was that a buttdial to the network?]

Well, I... I guess I can't argue with that. I might hold off, though. One more mouth to feed is enough until my next paycheck. I'll go with you, though.

[ And she'll be reaching to ruffle someone's hair right about now. ] We should probably get moving now, huh?

Right, right, come on! [Baaahhh why ruffling hair! He's tallerrr! Lightly swatting her hands and grinning, Lea jogs a bit ahead.]

[ He's taller, alright, but Val does know how to use her tiptoes to her advantage, please and thank you. She gives her hands a light rub and moves to follow him, reaching for one of the pokéballs at her belt as she does. She tosses it and out comes the Growlithe, who catches on quick and moves to trot at his trainer's side. ]

You, too, Zack. You could use the warm up. Aerora, come on!

[ And both Pokémon move to follow, the Growlithe gaining enthusiasm. ]

You already named him? Man, I need to get to nicknaming the ones I've caught so far.. [Gonna go fishing for his Pokeballs at his belt now, releasing Deerling, Growlithe and newly hatched Purrloin.] Help me pick names for these ones! [The Pokemon get that they're on the move though, and start trotting and walking to keep up with their energetic trainer.]

Ah, yeah. He kind of reminds me of a friend of mine is all.

[ What with what she's seen of his personality so far. She turns her eyes from Zack to the Pokémon Lea just released and lifts a finger to tap her cheek thoughtfully. What to name them... ]

Well, Growlithes are fire types. You could always name that one after a fire spell, like Fira or Firaga. As for the other two, maybe something like Nightshade for the Purrloin annnnnd -- [ and pausing because idea ] -- how about Elena for the Deerling?

I'll go with Firaga instead of Fira. [Pausing to crouch down and see how the Pokemon like the names, he just beams when they look rather pleased.] You're good with names, they all seem to like them!

I'm glad they do. I think they're pretty good if I say so myself.

[ Especially considering she just offered up the name of one of her coworkers' baby sisters, a thought that has her giggling a bit. Ah, Elena. ]

Yup! They only got a little warm up when I caught them, so now it's time to train! We've got a ways to go to regain all those badges we had before, right?

Yeah, we do. We've got a lot of catching up to do, now that I think about it. People we were ahead of are ahead of us now.

Yeah seriously.. I mean, Roxas was ahead of us before, but only by like.. two badges! Now he has all of them!

Xion's ahead of us, too, and Roxas is heading over to Kanto soon to take on the gyms there. It wouldn't surprise me if Xion is, too. We should probably take it up a notch. What do you think?

Ughhhh! Definitely! We'll go at it nonstop like a train and get caught up! [It helps that he has a level 100 Rampardos and a high leveled Torterra, but lol..]

[ Clearly, Val needs to step it up considering how low-leveled her Pokémon are right now and -- and she knows that look. ]

Alright! Let's try not to run off the tracks, though. I mean, a trainwreck'd only leave us further behind.

There aren't any tracks to run off of! Can't trainwreck without tracks, you know? [FISTPUMPS THE AIR THOUGH]

[ And she really can't help but chuckle at that. ] Knowing you, you'd find a way.

What's that supposed to mean? Jeez, have some faith!

I do, I do. It's not my fault you're talented when it comes to getting into trouble, you know.

Whaaat? I told you how I'd be like a ninja and break into the castle at home all the time, right? I'm a ninja, and that means I don't get caught! [Except he does.]

[ And she'll be reaching over to give those red spikes a ruffle. ]

Hey, hey, are you treating me like a kid again?! [Flails a bit, but he's reaching to RUFFLE HER HAIR THEN.]

[ Retaliation? She probably should have been expecting that, but she was relaxed and largely offguard. She tries to duck away, but doesn't quite make it. What is being vertically challenged in comparison. ]

H-hey! Lea, that's totally unfair!

[ And she laughs, reaching to give his shoulder a light shove in retaliation. ]

How is it unfair, you do it to me all the time!

[Rufffleessssssss!!! With the shove, he drops his hands and plants them on Valeria's sides then, LET THE TICKLE TORTURE COMMENCE] Take that!

[ She gasps sharply, her lips splitting with laughter that she absolutely cannot hold in. Incredibly ticklish? Very and she's making a strong attempt to step away. ]
